Infinite Co-Pilot Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026 Last Updated: November 3, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how DH Studios ("DH Studios", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Infinite Co-Pilot applications across Android and Desktop (Windows & macOS) ("Infinite Co-Pilot", "Application", or "Service"). Infinite Co-Pilot is available on Android, Windows Desktop, and macOS Desktop. This Privacy Policy describes what information Infinite Co-Pilot may process, how that information is used, where it is processed, what information is transmitted outside the device or computer, and the choices available to users. 1. Overview DH Studios is committed to minimizing the amount of user information processed by Infinite Co-Pilot. Infinite Co-Pilot is designed so that the user's Infinite Flight telemetry and flight information are processed locally on the user's device or computer. DH Studios does not operate a centralized database of users' Infinite Flight flight telemetry. The Application does not intentionally upload users' flight telemetry, operational logs, crash logs, device information, or IP addresses to DH Studios servers. The Application communicates with DH Studios infrastructure when necessary to obtain Text-to-Speech audio and verify subscription status. 2. This information is processed locally on the user's Android device or desktop computer to provide Infinite Co-Pilot functionality. 3. Local Processing of Flight Data Infinite Flight telemetry is processed locally on the user's device or computer. For ordinary operation, Infinite Co-Pilot does not transmit the user's Infinite Flight telemetry to DH Studios for remote storage or analysis. Flight information is used on the device or computer to provide: Audio announcements. Flight monitoring. Aircraft-system notifications. Navigation information. Calculations. Flight-plan information. Other simulator-related features. DH Studios does not intentionally maintain a remote database containing users' individual flight telemetry. 4. Local Network Communication Infinite Co-Pilot communicates with Infinite Flight over the user's local network where required. The Application may use local network discovery (such as UDP broadcast or multicast) to identify a compatible Infinite Flight installation. The Application may process local network information such as: Local IP address. Network state. Wi-Fi or local connection state. Connection status. Technical connection information. This information is used to establish and maintain local communication with the simulator. 5. IP Addresses Infinite Co-Pilot may necessarily interact with IP addresses as part of local network communication. For example, a local IP address may be required to establish communication between the user's device or computer and Infinite Flight. DH Studios does not intentionally upload the user's local network IP address to a remote server for storage. 6. Application Logs Infinite Co-Pilot does not maintain persistent operational log files on the user's device or computer as part of ordinary operation. Certain operational information may exist temporarily in application memory. Examples may include: Connection status. Telemetry state. Speech or announcement state. Temporary diagnostic information. Other runtime information. This information is held in memory for the operation of the Application and is discarded when the Application is closed or restarted, subject to normal operating-system behavior. The Application does not intentionally upload these operational logs to DH Studios. 7. Crash Reports and Error Logs Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally upload crash reports, error logs, device information, or diagnostic logs to DH Studios servers. DH Studios does not currently use services such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry for Infinite Co-Pilot. If future versions introduce third-party crash-reporting or diagnostic services, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes. 8. Analytics Infinite Co-Pilot does not currently use third-party analytics services such as Firebase Analytics for ordinary application operation. DH Studios does not currently maintain a third-party analytics profile of Infinite Co-Pilot users. If analytics functionality is introduced in a future version, the applicable privacy practices will be updated before or when the relevant functionality is introduced, as required by applicable law. 9. Advertising Infinite Co-Pilot does not currently use advertising services such as Google AdMob as part of its ordinary application functionality. The Application is monetized through its subscription rather than advertising. 10. Microphone and Audio Recording Infinite Co-Pilot does not record the user's microphone during ordinary operation. The Application's audio functionality consists of playing audio to the user. The Application does not require microphone recordings to provide its standard flight-assistance functionality. Infinite Co-Pilot may play: Pre-recorded audio. Generated Text-to-Speech audio. Aircraft-specific audio. Airline-related audio. Other supported announcement audio. 11. Text-to-Speech Processing Infinite Co-Pilot may request Text-to-Speech audio from infrastructure operated by DH Studios. The general process is: Application (Android or Desktop) → DH Studios backend → Amazon Polly The Application does not directly need to communicate with Amazon Polly. Where generated audio is requested, the DH Studios backend may process the text required to generate the requested speech audio and provide the resulting audio to the Application. The specific implementation of this functionality may change over time. 12. Audio Caching To improve performance and reduce unnecessary network usage, Infinite Co-Pilot may cache downloaded audio within the application's local storage (such as private application storage on Android or local user application data directories on Windows and macOS). Cached audio may include: Generated Text-to-Speech audio. Pre-recorded announcement audio. Other audio required by the Application. Such cached files are stored within the Application's local directory and are not intended to be accessible to unrelated applications. Cached files may be removed automatically or when the Application's data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled. 13. Airline and Third-Party Audio Infinite Co-Pilot may use audio associated with particular airlines, aircraft, or other aviation content. Some audio content used by Infinite Co-Pilot may have been obtained from publicly available sources on the internet. Such content may be subject to the rights of third parties, and DH Studios does not claim ownership of third-party material that it does not own. Such audio may be stored locally or obtained through the Application's supported infrastructure. DH Studios does not use the presence of airline-related audio to imply that the airline has access to the user's information or that the airline endorses Infinite Co-Pilot. Third-party intellectual property remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. If you are a rights holder or otherwise believe that audio or other third-party content included in Infinite Co-Pilot should be removed or replaced, please contact DH Studios at dhstudios420@gmail.com with sufficient information to identify the relevant material. DH Studios may review such requests and, where appropriate, remove or replace the identified content. 14. Permissions and System Access Depending on the platform (Android or Desktop), Infinite Co-Pilot may request operating-system permissions or system access necessary for its functionality: On Android devices, permissions may include: - Internet: Allows Infinite Co-Pilot to communicate with the DH Studios backend when obtaining Text-to-Speech audio and verifying subscription status. - Network State: ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE allows the Application to determine network connectivity status. - Wi-Fi State: ACCESS_WIFI_STATE allows the Application to obtain information necessary for local Wi-Fi connectivity and simulator communication. - Wi-Fi Multicast: CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE may be required for local UDP network discovery used to identify Infinite Flight on the same Wi-Fi network. - Foreground Service: FOREGROUND_SERVICE supports continued operation when Infinite Co-Pilot operates in the Android background. - Connected Device Foreground Service: FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE supports continued communication with the connected simulator environment. - Media Playback Foreground Service: FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK supports background audio playback and announcements. - Notifications: POST_NOTIFICATIONS may be required on supported Android versions to display the notification associated with the Application's foreground service. - Audio Settings: MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS allows the Application to manage audio behavior and routing required for playback. - Wake Lock: WAKE_LOCK may be used to help prevent the device from entering sleep states that would interfere with active flight-assistance functionality. On Desktop computers (Windows and macOS), system access may include: - Local Network & Socket Access: Required to communicate with Infinite Flight running on the local network or on the same computer (local loopback), which may prompt a standard operating-system firewall permission dialog. - Internet Connectivity: Required to contact DH Studios backend services for Text-to-Speech audio retrieval and Dodo Payments subscription license validation. - Audio Output: Required to route crew and cabin announcements through the operating system's active sound device. The precise permissions and system access requested may change as operating systems and Application functionality evolve. 15. Background Operation and System Resources Infinite Co-Pilot may operate in the background or minimized while the user is actively using Infinite Flight. On Android devices: For extended flights, users may need to disable battery optimization for Infinite Co-Pilot or allow unrestricted background activity, depending on their Android version and device manufacturer. Some Android device manufacturers (OEMs) apply additional battery-saving, background-process, memory-management, or application-management restrictions that may suspend or terminate Infinite Co-Pilot. On Desktop systems (Windows and macOS): Users may need to adjust operating-system power, sleep, or app nap settings to prevent the system from suspending background network sockets or audio execution during extended flights. Operating systems and device manufacturers ultimately control how background applications are managed on a particular device or computer. DH Studios cannot control or override all such restrictions. These restrictions may affect: Background applications. Battery usage. Foreground services. Audio playback. Memory usage. Notifications. Network socket access. Application execution. Users may need to configure their device's or computer's applicable power and background settings to obtain the intended extended-background behavior. DH Studios does not receive private device information merely because the Application is affected by these restrictions. 16. Device Information Infinite Co-Pilot does not intentionally upload device information, including device model, computer specifications, or operating-system version, to DH Studios for user profiling as part of ordinary operation. The Application may locally access technical device information where required for compatibility, audio rendering, or subscription license verification. Such information is not intentionally transmitted to DH Studios for user profiling or advertising. 17. Personal Information and Platform Subscriptions Infinite Co-Pilot does not require creating a separate DH Studios user account. Subscriptions are platform-specific and completely independent: - Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play and associated with the user's Google Play account. - Desktop subscriptions are managed through Dodo Payments and associated with the user's checkout email address. Subscriptions are not linked between platforms: an Android subscription does not grant access to the Desktop version, and a Desktop subscription does not grant access to the Android version. Purchasing a subscription on one platform does not provide access on the other. DH Studios does not collect or store a separate username and password merely to provide access to the Application. 18. Platform Billing and Payments Infinite Co-Pilot is distributed and monetized separately through Google Play on Android and Dodo Payments on Desktop. Subscription plans may consist of: A three-day free trial for eligible users where offered. Monthly, six-month, and yearly subscription plans, where available.
